We founded this movement to help men reclaim their voice, purpose, and vitality by reconnecting with the sacred masculine — a grounded force of presence, integrity, and love — so they can lead with courage and build lives of meaning, connection, and service.

He is the founder of Flourish, Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher, Professional Well-Being Coach, and Men’s Work Facilitator. With over seventeen years of teaching experience including four years in India, China, and Southeast Asia, his commitment to practice paired with his playful spirit makes him an approachable and impactful leader.
