Meet Your Guides
Pat Sperry and Catalina De Leon have 30 years of combined experience holding healing space for others. Over the last three years, they have co-created over a dozen transformational retreats around the world. Their mission is to nurture a sense of belonging and support individuals to transform and grow through immersion into spiritual practice, community, and culture. No matter where you are on your journey, all of you is welcome here.

Your retreat includes luxurious accommodations, personalized wellness sessions with Pat and Cat, nourishing meals, access to our healing modalities (e.g., yoga, meditation, energy work), and optional activities such as nature walks, creative expression, and guided relaxation practices.

Absolutely! We offer a customizable menu and can accommodate most dietary preferences, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or allergen-specific needs. Just let us know in advance.

We recommend bringing comfortable clothing, a journal, a swimsuit (for cold plunges or spa use), any personal wellness items, and an open heart ready for transformation. All other essentials will be provided.

Securing Your Reservation
To confirm your booking, we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total retreat cost at the time of reservation. This deposit secures your dates, accommodations, and personalized retreat itinerary.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your retreat start date. For reservations made within 30 days of the retreat, the full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation PolicyCancellations 30+ days before the retreat start date: You may transfer your deposit to another available retreat date within 12 months.
Cancellations within 30 days of the retreat start date: Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable due to the preparation and exclusivity of our retreats.

We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal. Details will be provided upon booking.
