Pat Sperry
Catalina De León
Catalina is a practitioner of Ancestral Medicine, Reiki Master, Sound Healing Artist, Certified Yoga Therapist, and devoted mother of three beautiful girls. In 2018, she visited India for the first time and was deeply impacted. She feels blessed and excited to return to Mother India and rediscover it alongside you. Her mission is to empower people to access their own divine wisdom by holding a space of unconditional love.
Pat Sperry is the founder of Flourish. He is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher, Professional Well-Being Coach, Men’s Work Facilitator, and world traveler. With over fifteen years of teaching experience including four years in India, China, and Southeast Asia, his commitment to practice paired with his playful spirit makes him an approachable and impactful teacher. His mission is to serve his communities by showing up as an embodied example of wholehearted living.

No visa is required to travel in Peru for a stay of up to 183 days. Please keep in mind that while a visa is not required, you must:
Hold a passport valid at least six months on entry with one blank visa page.
Hold proof of onward/return flights.

You will fly into Lima, Peru and arrive at Jorge Chavez International Airport (LIM)
Please arrive on or before November 1, 2024. Our program and provided accommodations will commence at 6:00 PM on 11.1.2024

There are no longer travel restrictions to enter Peru related to Covid 19. Travelers must verify with the airline company if anything is needed to board the flights.
Vaccination cards are not requested anymore.
COVID-19 tests are not required anymore.
Using a face mask is optional in Peru.

Lima averages highs of 72° F (22° C) and lows of 61° F (16° C).
In and around Machu Picchu, there is comparatively little variation between the highs around 70° F (21° C) and the lows around 43° F (6° C). It is warm by Andean standards, and temperatures do not dip below freezing even at night.
