Pat Sperry

Pat Sperry is the founder of Flourish. He is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher, Professional Well-Being Coach, Men’s Work Facilitator, and world traveler. With over fifteen years of teaching experience including four years in India, China, and Southeast Asia, his commitment to practice paired with his playful spirit makes him an approachable and impactful teacher. His mission is to serve his communities by showing up as an embodied example of wholehearted living.

There are 3 kingly rooms available, perfect for the man who values his privacy and solo sleep space. Each features a king size bed, big beautiful bathroom and spectacular mountain views.

 

Men’s Lodge

There are two Men’s lodge rooms with 4 beds in each. They feature plush bunk beds beds, a big shared bathroom, and easy access to pool table, hot tub, and back deck.

 FAQs

  • Your Women’s Retreat ticket includes 2 nights of accommodation, 2 meals per day, and all workshops and programming. Your ticket does not include transportation, spa treatments, or additonal food and beverages.

  • GETTING TO Monte Valle

    We will offer a car pool service that will depart from Coronado at 12 PM on Thursday, April 4th. There will be a safe space to leave your car and room for you to join the group for the drive from San Diego to Baja, Mexico.

    If you decide to drive on your own, you can input the location into your Maps and navigate your way to Monte Valle. Please note, you will need to cross the border which requires your car be registered to drive in Mexico.

  • 50% refund for cancellation 60 days before retreat start date.

    25% deposit refund for cancellation 30-59 days before retreat start date.
