Pat Sperry
Catalina De León
Catalina is a practitioner of Ancestral Medicine, Reiki Master, Sound Healing Artist, Certified Yoga Therapist, and devoted mother of three beautiful girls. In 2021, she visited Peru for the first time and was deeply impacted by the power and energy of this Earth portal. She feels blessed and excited to return the the Sacred Valley and rediscover it alongside you. Her mission is to empower people to access their own divine wisdom by holding a space of unconditional love.
Pat Sperry is the founder of Flourish. He is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher, Professional Well-Being Coach, Men’s Work Facilitator, and world traveler. With over fifteen years of teaching experience including four years in India, China, and Southeast Asia, his commitment to practice paired with his playful spirit makes him an approachable and impactful teacher. His mission is to serve his communities by showing up as an embodied example of wholehearted living.
